Terms & Conditions - Prints
Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before placing an order. If you do not agree with any of these terms & conditions you should not place an order with us. By placing an order via our website you are confirming you are over the age of 18 and fully understand these terms & conditions.
Discounts must be applied at checkout before making payment, we cannot honour any discount/offer after your order has been placed.
Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd reserves the right to amend prices, details on the website and any offers/discounts without prior notice. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. The information provided on this website is subject to change in the future.

2. Orders & Design Process
Designing takes between 1-2 working days (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).You will be sent an electronic proof via the email address you provide on the order form. All orders are printed to meet your requirements and once the electronic proof has been approved we will not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.
All orders will be designed in the same or similar design layout chosen and purchased. If you change your mind on the layout (Example: now you would like the words shaped into an apple or changed from landscape to portrait) once we have started your order there will be a £6 charge to cover the re-designing time. (Only minor changes are free of charge - these include: colour alterations, wording changes or swapping words around).
Slight colour/shade variations may occur on the final print. Please be aware that all PC/Mobile/Ipad screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your devices to ours, some orders are printed in RGB and some are printed in a CMYK mode. All screens vary in colour so the colour on final prints can vary.
All products are subject to availability.
Digital/electronic proofs are sent via email to our customers. Please make sure when sending us your details all information is accurate, it is the customers responsibility to thoroughly check the proof's layout, spelling, information and grammar (we are unable to provide a proof reading service). If design is approved by the customer with any errors and subsequently printed, Yellow Blossom Designs takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting costs. Any replacements will be charged in full. It is therefore essential to check spelling and wording thoroughly before approving any order to be printed. However if the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge.
Please supply your photographs in a JPEG format. To ensure a maximum quality print out, please make sure your photo is as large as possible and is as a high resolution JPEG file.
If we receive low resolution photo(s) to upload onto your order we do not accept responsibility if the photo quality is poor when printed.
When you provide us with any kind of photograph you are confirming you are the rightful owner and own/have been given the copyright to use the the image. We do not take any responsibility for any legal action that could occur if you don't own the rights to use the image(s).
4. Postage & Delivery
We offer FREE standard UK mainland postage for our prints (2nd class Royal Mail and standard 3-5 working day courier delivery). If you live outside of the standard UK mainland areas please contact us for a delivery quote. If upon receiving your order & payment but your address is not covered under our FREE postage we will contact you to arrange additional payment for delivery.
We will aim to get all orders out within 1-3 working days but we do recommend you allow at least 1 week for non framed prints and at least 2 weeks for framed prints.
You the customer are responsible for providing accurate postal information and we cannot accept responsibility for the lost of orders if you fail to provide the correct address when making payment.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
Goods not received: Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until a period of at least two weeks has elapsed (15 days). Couriers require up to 5 working days to investigate missing item claims. We cannot accept liability for loss in the Royal Mail or Courier postal service. However we will do our best to resolve any problems and post replacements out to you ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to items and you should notify us immediately should there are any problems upon arrival and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancelling before your proof preview
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order then we will happily give you a full refund.
5.2 Cancelling after your proof preview
If you wish to cancel your order after we have designed and completed the setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and changes to colours or layout). Then we cannot offer a full refund. We will offer a refund minus £6 to cover any work already completed on your order.
5.3 Cancelling after printing
We are unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and printed. All orders are printed to meet your requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.
6. Refund Policy
Once email proofs has been approved we do not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.
Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge. We may require you return the items back to us but this is on a case by case basis and we will inform you if a return is required. Replacement orders will be shipped to you by the same method as your original order. Please contact us with any problems.
All orders are personalised to individual customers requirements therefore we are not obliged by law to offer any refunds or replacements on personalised items unless the fault lies with us.
Any problems upon receiving a order must be reported to us within 1 week of receipt.
7. Data Protection
We do not sell or exchange any information about our customers. The information you provide us with is so we can process your order correctly with the details you give to us to use at checkout. We do not use or store your information for any other reason. If at any point you would like to access your details or amend/delete them please contact us at email@example.com
All of our designs are exclusive to Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd and are covered by the copyright protection law. They may not be reproduced, copied, sold or used in any other way.
